Through fervid collaboration with its previous director, Professor Joey Arles O. Vergara, the Public Information and Communication Office (PICO) and University Press (UPress) pushed its visual branding trajectory further through a capacity-building seminar-workshop on photo-video documentation, institutional visual branding, and publication materials production with select representatives from all colleges and units.

Professor Vergara, the brain and hands behind most of CSU's visual elements and productions, steered basic photography and videography discussions for all university events. He also recalibrated the iconography and typology of the university as per BOR Resolution No. 50-21, s. 2019 and the branding initiatives that are hoped to be emulated by the colleges and units duly represented. Miss Aquessa R. Piamonte, Information Officer III, also presented the process flow for managing Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials.

The demography of select representatives in this seminar-workshop comprised those who manage the social media profiles of the colleges and units.

The workshop-seminar targets to foster collaborations with the representatives and create more engagements for policy formulation, among others, to ensure that the branding arm of the university remains relevant and contemporary.
